Katherine Billings joined TIFF in 2017 as Head of Finance. Ms. Billings was previously with PricewaterhouseCoopers for almost fifteen years and most recently served as a Director in the Chief Auditor Network of PwC's National Office, working with the national Asset and Wealth Management practice. Katherine specialized in working with private real estate investment partnerships, private equity funds, and public and private REITs. She has experience working with registered investment companies, cash flow modeling, and internal controls. A graduate of Villanova University, Ms. Billings is a Certified Public Accountant and is registered with the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA).
Mary Bradley joined TIFF in 2008. She is responsible for document management functions at TIFF. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Bradley was a records associate with GlaxoSmithKline in the US research and development division. She previously spent 14 years as a records manager with the Access Group.
Maureen Distel joined TIFF in 2007. Her primary responsibilities include bookkeeping and payroll for TIFF. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Distel spent eight years with The Creative Financial Group as a senior accountant. She also served as staff accountant for Liberty Technologies. Ms. Distel received her BS in accounting from Strayer University and is a certified payroll professional.
Laura Heidegger joined TIFF in 2018 as a member of the finance and accounting team. Prior to joining TIFF, Ms. Heidegger was a staff accountant at companies including Kalispell Regional Healthcare. She received her BA from the University of Montana in 2011 and is active in accounting community volunteerism.
Kathy Muscarella joined TIFF in 2018 and serves as Head of Human Resources. Prior to joining TIFF, Kathy was the Human Resources Manager at Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation. Previously, she worked as a contract HR Consultant and with MidAtlantic Employers’ Association, providing Human Resources consulting services to both for-profit and non-profit organizations. Kathy received a BA in Business Administration from Temple University and earned certification as a Senior Professional in Human Resources from the HR Certification Institute and as a SHRM-Senior Certified Professional from the Society for Human Resources Management.
